wonderful experience

The staff are really good, so friendly and accommodating! everyone has a smile, this adds a warm and cute touch. the room and facilities are also excellent.
The rooms weren't clean enough. They didn't vacuum the room every day! sometimes, they'd put the same towel we left on the floor back on the hanger. also, room service was very slow.

The hotel is close to a shopping center. It's only a short walk away, super convenient for shopping. a metro station is also within walking distance. i found it easy to get around the city from here.

The beautiful double room was well-designed. It had modern fixtures and a comfortable layout. the room's temperature was easy to adjust. the room offered plenty of space for luggage and movement, this.

The reception staff were ready to help and always greeted me with a smile. the breakfast service was delicious. There was a wide variety of options to choose from! they were also quick to address any minor issues.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful they promptly addressed every request. the breakfast buffet offered extensive choices each morning a great way to start the day. the hotel also provided convenient access to nearby attractions i appreciated this aspect.
i found the noise level from nearby traffic quite noticeable at times it occasionally disrupted the otherwise calm atmosphere of my room

the hotel featured a well-equipped fitness center i saw several treadmills stationary bikes and weight machines. a sauna and steam room were also available providing nice relaxation choices the facilities were clean and in good condition.

breakfast included a wide variety of options such as fresh fruits pastries and hot dishes. i noticed there was a dedicated omelet station a chef prepared custom omelets there. the dining area was well-kept and the staff was attentive.

my beautiful double room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower providing ample space. i also saw that complimentary toiletries coffee and tea were supplied. the room included a comfortable seating area by the window.

The breakfast had a good variety of food (i especially loved the pastries). the staff were very attentive. They provided useful advice regarding local attractions. they offered great coffees and were happy to assist with any requests. i felt cared for .
the room i received was on the top floor, and the ceiling felt quite low. i found it a bit challenging to communicate with the reception using the internal phone. i ended up having to use an international number to reach them (which was inconvenient).

i found the staff quite cute and helpful. the room was clean and very comfortable. the breakfast provided a good variety of options, which i especially appreciated. i enjoyed the proximity to the metro station and a large shopping center..
The room felt a bit small. It was somewhat difficult for two people to move around comfortably at the same time.
